If you change your mind and wish to return an item, under the Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 working days from the time you receive your order in which to inform us of your decision.
If you change your mind after the item is dispatched, you will be responsible for all postage costs and ensuring items are returned ‘as new’, in the same condition in which they were received. If these goods are not returned in the same condition in which they were received, My Bear shop retains the right to refuse return, or to deduct up to 50% from the refund cost.
In the event that any item arrives damaged, a mistake has been made on your order, or the item is faulty, then please contact us on 01603 974 300 or using email@example.com. You will have 30 calendar days from receiving your order in which to inspect any goods and inform us if any item is faulty upon arriving.
In this case you will qualify for a replacement or refund once items have been received by us, complete with appropriate documentation. It is recommended that recorded delivery is used in returning items to us, as returns are the responsibility of the sender until received by us.
