Payment
All prices are displayed and charged in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where appropriate. You can use your debit or credit card to make payments to My Bear Shop using Stripe’s secure payment system. PayPal payments are also accepted.

My Bear Shop aims to dispatch all items within 24hrs of receiving orders, this does not guarantee same day dispatch, unless a next day delivery service is paid for and an order is placed before 4pm.
If you decide to use one of our Next Day delivery services, these services are only processed on working days. If you purchase on a Friday before 4pm, your order is not guaranteed for Saturday delivery, but will arrive on the Monday (not including bank holidays). If you wish to place an order for Saturday delivery, this can be arranged separately, please contact us at 01603 974 300.
My Bear Shop takes no responsibility if orders are not received next day if it is due to unforeseen circumstances or is ordered after the 4pm cut off point.
If your order contains multiple items, Next Day delivery may only be available on some of those items. In this instance, My Bear Shop will ship the available items using the Next Day service, and a separate shipment would fulfil the rest of your order under the free standard shipping time frame.
Delivery to non UK mainland and international addresses is also available at an additional cost. If alternative delivery options are available on the item you are purchasing, additional costs will be added at the checkout upon your selection.
International Delivery
My Bear Shop currently delivers to the country’s listed below. If your country is not listed, please contact us for a quote on shipping costs. For items travelling to locations not listed below, delivery times are longer and can take between 10-14 working days. Goods can take up to 28 working days before being considered late as per Royal Mail’s terms of service. Please only contact us after this period has elapsed if your parcel has not arrived with you.
